Shipping Policy

Fridges Premium is operating as normal. All orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days. 


How Long until my Item is Shipped?

Fridges Premium takes pride in being able to have items in most cases sent out within 1-2 business days of ordering, If the item is out of stock or there is a delay on the shipment to what is stated above we will contact you personally. 

I need my item by a certain date

Fridges Premium tries extremely hard to get your shipments out as quickly as possible, If you need your item by a certain date please email us at info@fridgespremium.com or contact us at 1-800-293-8131 and we will advise you further. 

How Long to my Item Arrives?

In most cases, items are shipped via courier and arrive within 2-5 business days after being sent, in the case of a remote area it may take an additional 1-2 days to arrive. All items are sent with tracking information which will be emailed to you once the order has shipped.
Fridges Premium has no control over when an item is in transit in the unlikely event additional delays do occur Fridges Premium will work with you to resolve any issues. 

 
Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 2 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to info@fridgespremium.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Change of Mind:

Fridges Premium knows you'll love our products! we do understand that you may change your mind. In the unlikely event you wish to return the item the following conditions do apply: 

  • You are responsible for all shipping charges including the return shipping and initial delivery charge even if you received free shipping.
  • The item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in a resalable condition to be eligible for a return & refund. If it's determined that the items have been used or not in the original condition and not in a resalable condition the return & refund will be voided.
  • A re-stocking fee of 10% of the full purchase price may apply. 

Cancellations & Refunds:

All orders canceled before being shipped are fully refunded with no additional fees, If your order(s) has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges and initial shipping charges even if you have received free shipping. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order(s)
